No Real Photo, Avatar Instead

Well, the article I had in mind today to write is centered around why online, internet, MLM, network, and affiliate marketers choose to use an avatar, emblem, or some sort of logo instead of inserting a genuine photo of themselves on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, VK, and other forms of social media.

One reason an avatar is used is because they may want to really solicit, expose or promote the business they're representing. This isn't an invalid reason at all. There are cases when a new business is in a pre-launch or just starting out. Marketing your business is big when it's fairly new or just starting out.

A second reason you may decide to select an avatar instead of your real photo, is you may be just starting out as an online marketer. In the beginning, you may not be very comfortable using your real photo, because it's a business that is a bit foreign and strange. Not all of your friends and family may get it. You may want to use some ambiguity, so your good friends and family don't quickly draw conclusions.

Now, it will vary from person to person when it comes to whether you should use your own real photo or an avatar. Personally, I find that when you decide this is a long term type of business that you will see through and not just a rash decision that you change your mind later, then a real photo is great because you can really start building your own brand. Your credibility will be much stronger when someone can view your real photo. I especially like to see photos of the person as well as their family. You become real and not just someone who is trying to sell something.

How to be a Positive Thinker, not a Stinker

My son Bronco started me to think how I measure up on becoming a positive thinker.

First of all, I want to preface this blog by saying .. It's not easy to always be a positive thinker. There will be times and days you will be down. It's inevitable. The mindset is you don't stay down.

There have been role models in my life, who I attribute my optimistic personality. My Father and my Grandfather. They both possessed qualities I thoroughly admired. My Dad always had a joke to tell no matter the circumstance. My Grandpa Brown in his own way always seemed to have a smile on his face. I would be foolish not to be thankful for their examples.

I learned early on from both of them that you give everything or nothing at all. When you have decided to invest time in something, you roll up your sleeves and work until you've finished

Three years ago my in laws family had gathered to camp at their property, at Sunridge. There were tents to be set up, of course. One tent in particular was fast becoming very problematic to set up. I worked on the set up with a family member. This tent was becoming a nightmare to put together. Many people had said not to continue and it was to old of a tent or parts were missing. Well, it wasn't in my nature to give up that easily. I persevered, didn't give up until the tent was completed. It was well after dark, but I finished the task. PERSEVERANCE is key in remaining a positive thinker. You must keep on, keeping on.

There's the next step in becoming a positive thinker. You have to remember to always smile. A smile is super important in being viewed as an optimist. It gets you in the mindset of having a good day, even if you're not aware of it. Funny thing is, you keep that smile on your face and everyone else will start to wonder what it is you're constantly happy about. Look at a mirror, place a small mirror on your work desk, make it the first thing you do in the morning. SMILE!

Next step, SEE THE POSITIVE in everything or anything that you experience. Please don't misunderstand me. This doesn't mean you sugar coat everything to the point you are naive or oblivious to how it really is. Bad things will happen. Some very bad things may happen. You will be better off to find the best and most positive out of the toughest life has dished out. You may have to dig deep to finish this step. We are in control, ultimately, over how we react. We also are the captain of our emotions. This is something you must solidify in your brain. Believe this wholeheartedly! When we are offended or insulted, we have decided that. We will choose to have are feelings hurt or not. BE CHEERFUL.

As I have become wiser, I now know I that my sense of humor has become a huge tool for me. HUMOR has been determined to be a great medicine. If you can make light of some of the harshest times of your life, you will become your master of any disaster. In fact, I have made it a point to watch a funny sit-com on TV or a comedy on DVD or in the cinemas when I'm down. It's great pick me upper. Learn to LAUGH in the least opportunity to giggle.

To remain a positive thinker, you really have surround yourself with like minded people. Think about it ... How are your chances to find the best when you surround yourself with whiners or what I call "Negative Neds or Negative Nellies". Your chances are much slimmer to see your happenings in a positive light when you have a bunch of your friends hammering on the bad stuff. Have "Positive Petes or Positive Patricia" around you.

Lastly, Walk the Talk. Do as you say as well as you can. Your credibility will shoot out the window if you don't practice what you preach. Be a doer, not just a sayer. The only difference between triumph and try, is a little umph.

Bandwagon Fans

Bandwagon fans? Where did that term come from anyway? Has anybody checked Wikipedia to find out if it stems from the 1800's?

Well, I'm a very active sports fan. Since I was in in grade school I can remember watching NBA, NFL, Major League, and a little NHL. I was born in Denver, Colorado and my Dad/brothers always had the TV glued to the Denver Broncos and the Utah Jazz. Naturally, I began to root for those two teams the most.

As a fan I had to endure the Broncos Superbowl losses, then I was elated to watch the Denver Broncos win Superbowls 31 and 32. Recently I had to go through Jay Cutler, Brandon Marshall years. Oh, then the a Kyle Orton era. The very next season Kyle Orton was benched during a game vs San Diego. This started the heart attack string of games, when Tim Tebow game managed games with the read option offense popular in college football. During the rest of this season,  like a Hollywood script, Tim Tebow would somehow pull games out of his hat in the last two minutes of the games. There was an exciting playoff game finish in overtime against the Steelers. Then reality hit when the Broncos were exposed as a one dimensional team that focused too much on the run. The Patriots convincingly out played the Broncos. Cinderella season over.

During the very next off season John Elway became the general manager for all intents and purposes. He had some mile high magic still left in him and he courted Peyton Manning to play for the Broncos. The season didn't start well, but facing a 24 - 0 against the San Diego Chargers ..... Peyton Manning pulled off a magical win. Then the Broncos didn't lose another game till the playoffs. The Ravens won that game, but the Broncos had plenty of chances to win it.

Anyway, back to the term Bandwagon Fan. Have you ever had a friend, Co-worker, or relative that rooted for a specific team wholeheartedly, but when the chips were down and the favorite team tallied up losses instead of wins ....at this time this is where the bandwagon fan rears his/her head. You know this person? It's the fan that suddenly pops back up when the favorite team starts to win again. It's  not a visible rash, but this is an irritation of mine. I mean, what up with that? I mean I know it's a game, but should we use that same philosophy with politics, religion, or business? Call me old school, but when my Dad raised me "You follow a team through thick and thin". My Dad didn't teach me to be a quitter.

My call to action is when you generate a conviction for a something that gives you hope, don't blow out the fire on the metaphorical candle when the flame is dimming. Things will turn around.

Success on GPS

Success

Looking at this Success sign made me ponder on how great it would be to have a GPS navigation device like Garmin or Tom Tom, so we could find our way to financial success more easily. I mean how great would it be if we could re- route our direction we’re headed and prevent some potential financial pitfalls? Invaluable, huh?

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way for us. Most the time we make unsure decisions that put us off our path. We sometimes put too much faith in other people or businesses. It can be a real Gamble. Our losses can range from small to gigantic financial woes.

The remarkable thing is when we make calculated risks. That’s where we can find our solid map to find Success. Well thought out & premeditated business plans can be our navigation system. Risk taking is inevitable, but it doesn’t have to be based on unreliable information. Rash and impulsive decisions are rarely goldmines. Make sure you think it through when you make your success plan. Your success is counting on it.

Lance Armstrong

lance-armstrongs-interview-oprah-winfrey-cyclist-admits-
doping-18224500

Today I was on small break to wind down a bit. Well, while I was sitting down for th ought I
turned on the TV. On the news I was informed that Lance Armstrong had met with Oprah Winfrey
to confess his shameful doping. This started me to think how such a hero could fall from grace?
For years Lance had become, in my eyes, an honourable & impressive athlete. He had wrestled
with cancer and became a victor. For all intents and purposes Lance Armstrong had become
the "Michael Jordan" of the cycling world. Many of us sported his endorsed, rubber, & yellow
colored bands. I wore the band myself as a reminder of what we can become when we simply
believe. So, now we have sadly found out that this inspirational icon had been doping along.
Many, many times he had been asked about possible wrong doing or dishonesty. His response had
been echoed a resounding "no" for years. My emotion was initially of shame.

You see, I am a huge sports fan. I really like to watch athletes do amazing and incredible things.
They become so remarkable in our eyes, we become shocked when they become normal after
having heard of transgressions. Tiger Woods, Kobe Bryant, Pete Rose, Mark McGuire and others
have shown us that heroes aren't perfect. Nonetheless, let's choose to find the good in not only
our sports icons, but also in ourselves.

The biggest step is not the step towards the basketball hoop, the endzone, the last hole in golf, or a homerun. The biggest step is understanding we all are capable of amazing, incredible things, and conversely we all are fallible. We are prone to mistakes. It seems that we are to quick to fall down & focus on the fall, but not quick enough to rise up! It's ok to know we are not perfect. It's better to learn from our own falls, then to dwell on the fall & not how we can rise from it. When we have the potential to become more than we are. Most successful people make a habit of doing what unsuccessful will not do.

Okay, so now we move forward. We continue to understand that a mistake isn't then end. How do we focus on the positve from bad experiences? Surround yourselves with positive things. Read positive books, emails, or magazines. Be premptive or prepared, so that when you face a difficult experience, you've had already been prepared. Be strong.

The Underdog

Underdog

by jab471

The Enduring Value of the Underdog Story
Underdog themed stories will never go away. They capture an aspect of everyday life that we all feel at one point or another – that desire to belong and be respected, which is why I’m okay with the over saturation of these stories we see every year.
As much as I rail against the inequities of a Hollywood machine that continuously produces the same old schlock, hoping to capitalize on nostalgia and good intentions rather than decent story telling, there’s something to be said for some of those good old-fashioned formulae.

For hundreds of years, popular entertainment has relied on any of a few very prevalent themes and archetypes in its characters that will always be successful. For as long as there are those out there who feel picked on, weaker than their brethren, and held in disgust for that weakness, there will be films about them overcoming. It’s an ages old formula that has worked again and again in films since the medium was created.

It worked for the likes of Harold Lloyd in his classic silent films and in the comedies of the 50s, 60s, and well every other decade beyond. The same old formula when put to the ultimate test by Sylvester Stallone in 1976 with Rocky managed to garner 10 Oscar nominations and wins for best director and best picture.

What works so well for the genre in the long run is that it doesn’t try to do anything more complicated than present a classical dilemma. It’s not good against evil. There is often a romance, though it’s marginalized for the sake of the film’s focus. There are only the underdog and the rest of the world. And we, as film goers, enjoy rooting for the underdog more than anything.

It’s a phenomenon not rooted only art. For anyone who has ever watched the World Series and found themselves not caring one way or the other about the two teams playing, nine times out of ten, they’ll ask “who is the underdog”. While popular music and entertainment is home to a great deal of powerhouses, people with big names, big money, and big power, there are plenty of underdogs.

The public doesn’t tend to go out of its way to find these underdogs. We wait for them to come to us. Without the inclusion or arrival of the slew of different underdog contenders though, what are we left with but the same old people, making the same old films and albums?

We recently saw the catapulting of a young Federal Way resident into the top 6 contestants of American Idol who had minimal if any talent as a singer. His was an underdog story, one that America fell in love with and allowed to capture their hearts for just long enough to realize that the formula does not always work.

That’s right; there are certain characteristics and circumstances in which the underdog must exist to be effective. First off, the underdog in question must be someone we can relate with. A millionaire in a boat race who happens to be not as good as another millionaire in a boat race doesn’t feel like an underdog. A true underdog hero is someone who comes from the areas we come from, the streets we grew up on and the schools we attended. Often full of weaker personality characteristics and lacking the skills of their more talented competition, the one thing they always have is the tenacity to become better.

An underdog stands up to society and its opinions of them, trying hard to become stronger and better, no matter what everyone tells them. There’s a reason that we see films every single year play out the same formula as their predecessors – people enjoy watching them.

If you look at children’s shows, cartoons and the like, note that the characters are never the rich kids in town or the athletic jocks. These are the nerdy, quiet kids who are gifted with special powers, an amazing quest, or the chance to overcome all odds. They are often faced with all sorts of obstacles and eventually overcome them, joining the ranks of the truly great.

The moral message inherent in these and other stories is vital to the state of entertainment media. There’s a good reason that this kind of film returns every year and people willingly shell out more money. It’s a chance to vicariously live one’s own experiences through the triumphs of another. It’s a psychological release as well as an exciting chance to witness something we can only dream for our own lives.

When Rocky goes the distance with Creed, we can’t help to think that if a regular guy from the streets of Phillie can make it, why not us? When we see the formless, talentless kids of The Mighty Ducks win the championship, we wonder why our own ill-shaped bodies cannot someday overcome the laziness that plagues our days and nights and become an athletic superstar.

I’m okay with the repetition of this theme among so many other overplayed stories and film genres because it’s one of the best and one of the most enduring themes in human society. We all want to overcome adversity and become something special. These films offer us a glimpse of the determination and will needed to do so. If a film can be inspirational despite awful acting, horrible direction, and dredge writing, I can manage to deal with that.

Bronco Sports a Fast Car

It's very refreshing for my son to like to go outside and spend time out there. There are many kids his age that likely prefer to stay inside and play video games or watch TV. He is 2 years old, but his birthday is coming up in January. He literally loves it so much outside that he will spend hours out there. Lol there are times when we have to bring him in kicking and screaming.

He remembers nearly every thing we do, like a photographic memory. I mowed the lawn today and when I had finished mowing the lawn, I used the weed control hand sprayer and spot sprayed the weeds in the grass. Well, he'd previously watched me push the fertilizer spreader around the grass. Next thing I know, he had ventured into the garage. When he came out, he was pushing the Scott's spreader on the back lawn. Ha ha he endearingly mimics me or what I do. He jumped on the John Deere riding lawn mower, but luckily couldn't figure out how to turn it on.

It made me reflect on how much of a role model I am to him. It's a pretty awesome responsibility. It does make me think about what I do or say when he's around.

The clothes I wear. He watches my hats, shirts, and shoes. There was one time when we told him he couldn't go outside unless he put some shoes on. 5 minutes later, we spotted him walking outside with his Dad's Denver Broncos shoes.  Another example is when I have come home from work, he tugs and grabs my Bronco's lanyard and Bronco's hat. He, with a big smile, throws them both on.

Besides clothes, he watches what I do too. He likes to turn on my PS3 and then he tries to play either the DC Universe online or NCAA Football. Lol he hasn't grasped yet how to play the games really, but he has so much enthusiasm. He also loves sports with the same enthusiasm. He thoroughly enjoys watching football, basketball, baseball, and even golf.

I'm, in some way, an influence on him. I can have a great influence on him for good or, if I'm not careful, an influence for not so good things. I'm a father, a role model, and someone he admires. He drives me to be a better man.

Top Banana

LeBron James

by jab471

Are we seeing the best of LeBron James? This debate will come up every year until LBJ has either retired or he has won 6 Championships. Is LeBron James better than Kobe Bryant? Is LeBron James better than Michael Jordan?
The thing is, we really haven’t seen the best of LeBron James yet. That is the most exciting part of watching his career unfold. For real, that’s where all the intrigue lies. He can only get better. There is so much potential. He has the grasped the concept of winning as a team much earlier than Kobe. His body is bigger than Michael’s. He is one of best players to run down the court, when an offensive or opposing player is running down the court for an uncontested lay up, then he swats the ball from the opposing player before the ball has gone through the hoop.
At the beginning of his career he was criticized for apparently not having a killer mentality. It seemed as though he passed the ball instead of taking the last clutch shot. To be top banana, he had to mature.
Okay, then we witnessed how he had done as much as could in Cleveland and he felt as if he had to take his talents to South Beach. We saw his less than leadership decision to go to Miami on national TV. He became a member of the Miami Heat. He merged his potential with Dwayne Wade & Chris Bosh. In the first season with the 3 super stars together, the Heat went to the NBA Finals and lost to the Mavericks. More questions ensued. In the 2nd season with the Heat, he showed more determination and nearly put the team on his back to ensure the Heat won a NBA championship. He finally hushed some of his naysayers.
I’m going to enjoy watching his career continue. He has made some mistakes. He has repeated some of his mistakes. On the flip side, he has also matured. He has become more of a leader. He has given us a glimpse of what he may become.
It’s very much like that in our own lives. We all have a superstar inside us. We have that super potential just waiting to be harnessed. We will make mistakes. We will repeat some of those mistakes. But the upside is so much sweeter. Dig deep and tap into that reservoir of beauty that that we all deserve. Be a Superstar!

Why are People Quick to Call it a Ponzi?

It's valid question I've had for quite some time. Why is it that outside of MLM, Network Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Home Businesses... Etc.. People are too swift to call the businesses we all strenuously build, a Ponzi scheme? Let's start to understand what the term means. Here's a link from
Wikipedia on the definition.

http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ponzi_scheme

This is the definition from that link:

"Operation that pays returns to its investors from their own money or the money paid by subsequent investorsGg, rather than from profit earned by the individual or organization running the operation. The Ponzi scheme usually entices new investors by offering higher returns than other investments, in the form of short-term returns that are either abnormally high or unusually consistent. Perpetuation of the high returns requires an ever-increasing flow of money from new investors to keep the scheme going."

Here's another definition of a pyramid scheme, which is really the same thing. This definition comes from my home business Prosper With Integrity.

" Is This A Pyramid?
Not at all. A pyramid is associated with an
investment scheme, a company or a business.
We are a Products Company and our main
priority is the sale and use of these products.
We make sales, we sell products and product
packages and we do not have an ever-widening
base to the structure, which just keeps going and
going. A pyramid never allows anyone coming
in on the bottom to ever reach the top.
Everyone has the right to buy a product package
and their value is in the products themselves,
on the Compensation Plan that we have,
EVERYONE on the product sales team that
people put into place works together in a team
and receives the same product packages and
benefits. In a pyramid, only those at the top
profit while those at the bottom never reach the
top. In a pyramid, people can and have lost
their money."

So, if there are solid home businesses that have compensation plans that reward their members or affiliates very well, then why do people get the wrong ideas? There are solid businesses that have products and certainly give people reward, bonuses, and money equally. The new recruits have plenty of chances to advance or move up.

Is it ignorance or is it the bad impressions from bad companies that folded due to unethical business practices? Whatever the real reason may be, it's a genuine shame. If we use the two definitions I've already given, we can virtually call out a lot of corporate businesses a Ponzi scheme. In many corporate offices you'll find that the top people make a great deal more money than the people doing the medial work. In a lot of cases the employees are slighted due to politics or nepotism.

I'm also of the humble opinion that people will be quick to verbally target MLM type business a Ponzi scheme because they have been taught since childhood they must get an education, get a job, then work hard, long hours to move up. So, when a real home business is presented to them, they react in a skeptical behavior. It should not be forced for these skeptics. That will only reaffirm the ridiculous notion. Slowly, with patience, these close-minded people will see the ethics, and genuine care we have others.

My plan of action for us all, is to act with integrity, honesty or truthfulness. Be the best you, you can be. Even when others aren't watching. Be a person of character, a person of value. Be an example, so that we may gain more respect from the skeptics and doubters.

Innocence

Humorously, a lot of my blog content comes from my son Bronco. It's a blessed day today. It's amazing how a Father's Day can help me gain more perspective on life. Anyway, back to my point... My son wanted a cup of milk, so he tugged on the refrigerator door until it was open. He slyly grabbed the near empty gallon container of milk. He clumsily walked a couple of feet with both his sipper cup and milk container in each hand. I heard him open up the fridge, so before he got very far, I caught him before he exited the kitchen. I calmly said he couldn't pour the milk on his own. He then looked up at me with his unusually long eye lashes and asked me "Milk daddy, please". This kid has my heart strings. I appeased him and his sweet face. His sipper cup was full of lemonade, so I grabbed one of this small cups with the built in straws on the side. At this point I had explain to him why I had to get another cup. He didn't quite understand you don't mix milk and lemonade. Ha ha maybe I should have let him try it out. Well, as he began to drink his milk, he slowly started to blow into the built in straw on the side. It immediately amused him. :) one of my extreme joys is seeing Bronco gut laugh. Then all at once it occurred to me that because of his age, he rarely has a bad day. Sure there are moments even when he may be sad, start to cry, or get grumpy. He has innocence.

There you have it. I had my next article to write. Innocence. We have a lot to learn from our children. Their innocence allows them to forget, forgive, smile, and laugh. The simplest things can amuse them. My son was gut laughing when he heard himself blowing bubbles from his milk. His innocence allows him to not worry about bills. The innocence is almost a security blanket. You won't hear an innocent child worrying about the mortgage being paid. You won't see a child go weeks without speaking to his/her family. The love of an innocent child can be inevitably teach us all a very long, life lesson.

At a glance they will surprise you too. I was down in my man cave weeks ago. I was caught up with the TV when suddenly it occurred to me that Bronco was making noise up in the kitchen. I yelled up and said he should come down where I could see him. I heard some his little feet coming down the steps. Suddenly he comes down and to my surprise he has two Greek yogurts with two spoons as well. This made me smile that he not only was smart enough to get those things, but he was considerate enough to think of me too! He made sure that we both had a Greek yogurt each. Let's remember the innocence my friends! Let's love unconditionally. Forgive easily. Smile endlessly.

Double Trouble

The next story I’m about to share is neither embellished or fabricated. Listen up here, because I’m about to share a real story of one of my strangest twin experiences. Yes, you heard me right. I’m an identical twin. We were born at Fitz Simmons hospital in Aurora, Colorado. In fact, initially, they had called us Brown A & Brown B until our names were were officially given to us. Not that I’m bragging or boasting, but I was born first. My twin brother, Jeffrey, was born roughly 10 minutes later. Our parents gave me the name of Jared Arnold Brown, then my twin brother was named Jeffrey Alan Brown. Our names shortened both spelled out the word Jab. Casually, my twin has gone by Jeff most his life.

You know there have been far greater advantages to being an identical than negative disadvantages. I always had a friend to play with, a friend to confide in, a friend to support me. When were still kids we dressed alike in the same shirts & pants. In fact, if you look at or photos from out childhood or infancy, it’s hard for even me to distinguish me from my brother. Our voices are very similar as well as are our mannerisms. Very frequently when we answered our land line telephone, our friends or family got us confused on account of our similar voices. We had grown so close that we sometimes finished each other’s sentences. There was a period of time when developed our own little language based on pig Latin.

The strangest twin experience I have personally experienced, with all honesty, is when I had slowly developed a very painful toothache in a certain spot on the inside of my mouth. I had brushed it off for days until I could hardly stand the pain. It was at that point where I put my pride on a shelf and vocally declared to my Mom that my mouth was in some pain. She looked at me with growing nervousness and made me an appointment with a local dentist. When the day came to see our dentist, my Mom made an appointment for Jeff, my twin, to see the dentist too. Due largely to my to my toothache causing me pain, I was first to see the dentist. I nervously hopped up onto the chair. My Mom assured me I was going to be fine, then I got myself as comfortable as possible. Next the dentist thoroughly checked my mouth to find the cavity. He scanned my whole mouth for a cavity, but very oddly he found none. I looked at the dentist with near disapproval. Jeff had his turn now. Jeff sat down and became prepared to have his mouth checked as well. It is was at this very moment, I witnessed the most mysterious twin phenomenon. The dentist surprisingly found a cavity in Jeff’s mouth, where I had a toothache in my. When the dentist filled his cavity, my toothache was sincerely gone. In other words; I had felted the toothache or pain for my twin brother. I had shared his pain! when his cavity was filled , my toothache was truthfully gone.

In life we go through our fair share of pain. I know I may not be able have your pains, but I know I can give some support and condolence. Let’s work together.

Meadow Fresh Farms

This is a story of Meadow Fresh Farms. My father, Dale Brown, was one of the founders of this MLM company. It was more or less one of the pioneering MLM companies from the early 1980′s. My dad and his partner Dave Ashby started this multi level marketing company nearly all on their own. From my memory, the premise was to have healthy milk products in a dry form that once blended together, tasted like a virtual fresh dairy product. As a kid I remembered moving into a 5 story home on the hill of the city North Salt Lake. We enjoyed a high end house with an atrium my mother enjoyed as a plant loving person. As children, we each had our own bedroom with a ladder that led to fully carpeted loft. My dad had lofty dreams. He had ladders of creative ideas that lifted him to financial success. I am endeavoring down a similar path. I would like provide my family with stability. Despite this business having had some small vulnerabilities, my father had a great deal of passion and determination to build a legacy.

Why do people post with "Not MLM"?

I've Seen It over a hundred times. WHY do people post with "Not MLM" on the title of their post? Is it because they want to appeal to the demographic of people that have been burned by scams? Honestly, I'm at my wits end with trying to figure it out.

Let's talk about some possible marketing set backs that may likely happen when this verbiage is used.

The first reaction most network marketers will have is ...... Insulted. The majority of these posts come from Facebook Groups. Within these Facebook Groups are hundreds of different titled MLM based businesses. So, with the majority of these MLM based businesses posting their own ads, the first thing they will remember reading is NOT MLM? How can you blame them for feeling that way? This is their livelihood. This is their bread and butter.

The second thing that happens is the credibility, nearly immediately, is decimated. The reason this may be the case is when you magnify most companies that post this, they are in some way or another MLM based. Your whole marketing takes a huge hit. One of the most powerful things you do, in network marketing, is grow relationships. When you sow doubt, you reap weak relationships.

The third thing that may likely happen.. Is you get a following from people that don't have previous MLM experience. The ramifications can vary, but ultimately the attraction of NOT MLM wears off, then you may not get the entrepreneurship work ethic that you generally get from successful network marketers.

In my humble opinion, you're better off, using the strategy "MLM Scam with this company"? This way people will read to find out if it is found out that is a scam or not.

I'm very proud of my MLM Roots. My call to action is embrace the strengths of MLM based companies, not highlight the possible weakness. Don't hide from MLM, showcase it!
